Jainish holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a joint program between the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Surat and the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay in India. Additionally, he earned a master’s degree in Structural Engineering from IIT Bombay. His research focuses on portfolio-level hurricane risk assessment of infrastructure systems, accounting for the impact of neighboring structures. Currently, he is concentrating on the influence of coastal surge wave modifications in the hurricane risk assessment of aboveground storage tanks (ASTs) within energy infrastructure.
